Treatment planning:

We shall provide printed details of your strategy, once your treatment strategy was agreed with the Dentist. We shall advise you and discuss this with you, whether this strategy changes on account of clinical or radiographic findings. Treatment strategies are not invalid for net 90 days from the date the treatment was prescribed. If there are any points on your treatment strategy that you want to query, please don't hesitate to ask us, before the appointments for genuine treatments are made.

Authorization forms:

Specific treatments necessitate completion of a written authorization form. This is before any of these treatments are carried out so that you can explain any hazard to you personally, aftercare and the treatment completely.

Fees:

A credit account system will not run and we require fees to be settled at the appointment.
Where impressions are taken where a lab fee is incurred by treatment, at least 50% of the entire fee is due at the appointment. Fees for certain treatments like Invisalign and Dental Implants are taken at each visit in staged payments.

Personal Details:

Use of Pictures and X rays:

Grievance's policy:

Every criticism will receive immediate written/email acknowledgment, and the Management will strive to resolve the complaint within a quick, reasonable time period (generally about 2 weeks). For policy and our full complaints process, please request a member of our reception team.
